Head Lice Eggs are very resilient and lice shampoo's regardless of what they say don't kill them. You need to comb out the head lice eggs with a good steel comb. A steel comb does a better job then a plastic comb because the teeth are more rigid. If the plastic comb's teeth spread, even a little, you will miss the eggs while combing out. The reality is if you miss an egg in your comb out it can hatch, mature and breed more lice. NOT GOOD! Get the licenders steel comb, It will help you do a thorough comb out which is what you need to get rid of lice. Take your time, head lice removal is not something you can rush.
