Lice During The Year

Lice infestations occur more frequently in the summer and in the winter. In the winter lice can be transmitted via clothing layers, hats, gloves, and scarves. The summer which heralds camp and increased travel make it easier for lice to find their next host. Teach children not to share hats, bows and other clothing.
